At Stable Pulse Equine, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as a perfect ride. That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders and a fair, straightforward returns policy—because we’re horse people too, and we get it.


📦 Free Shipping

  • Cost: Always free—no minimums, no hidden fees.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Most items arrive within 5–10 business days.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Note: Some specialty or oversized items may ship separately or take a little longer—we’ll keep you posted!


🚚 Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage.

  2. Email us at customerservice@stablepulseequine.com within 5 days of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and a short description of the issue.

We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, refund, or a resolution that works best for you.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you (and your horse) to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

  • Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items. For other returns, buyers are responsible for return postage.

To start a return, email customerservice@stablepulseequine.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the next steps.
